CARE Classroom's Review of Responsive Education is an annual publication of scholarship related to the topics of compassion, advocacy, and responsive education. Published every July 15th in time for educators and leaders to review and return to a new school year.

Ongoing Correlational Study of Teacher Attitudes Related to Trauma-Informed Care and Professional Quality of Life
The purpose of this research is to examine how attitudes related to trauma-informed care are correlated to professional quality of life in teachers. Additionally, this research examines the impact on the number of professional development hours completed relevant to trauma. The study relates these components to teacher attitudes related to trauma-informed care and professional quality of life among educators.
The questions this research addresses are:
1. What is the correlation between attitudes related to trauma-informed care and professional quality of life?
2. How does professional development in trauma-informed care impact teacher attitudes related to trauma-informed care and professional quality of life?
3. How does professional development in trauma-informed care impact attitudes related to trauma-informed care?
4. How does professional development in trauma-informed care impact teacher professional quality of life?
We are looking for teachers in Title I schools to participate in this ongoing study. Click Here to participate in this research.
